Individual attendees must make their guest room reservations directly with hotel’s reservation department at 1-866-751-ROCK. You must ask for the EMC DOCUMENT SCIENCES rate in order to receive the special group rate of $179/night. Standard check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 12:00PM. Any individual cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Thursday September 16, 2010 (the "Cut-Off Date"). At the Cut-Off Date, the Hotel will continue to accept reservations at the contracted Group rate based on sleeping room availability so be sure to book your room as soon as possible.
