All registrations includes access to all conference agenda sessions, copies of presentation materials, a one-hour private consulting session per attending company, evening events, and meals throughout the conference.

Cancellations
Cancellations will be possible until Friday, September 24, 2010 with full refund. No refund will be given for cancellations received after Friday, September 24, 2010. Please note attendee is responsible for booking and therefore cancelling your own hotel arrangements.

Substitutions

Guests
If you would like to bring a guest to the evening events, a guest pass is available for $100. The guest pass is valid for the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Monday evening DSUG Dinner.
